What we display
The deceased’s name and address, grant type, and grant date — all sourced from the public Probate Office register on courts.ie. Where available we also surface comparable last-sold prices from the Property Price Register (PPR), another public Irish register.
Lawful basis (GDPR Article 6)
Legitimate interest in providing a market-intelligence service to Irish estate agents. The underlying probate and property-price data is already public; Probate Listings organises, filters and presents it.
Subscriber data
When you sign up we collect your email address and a hashed authentication session. We use this only to authenticate you and contact you about your subscription. We do not share subscriber data with third parties. Saved properties and CRM notes you add are visible only to your account.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your subscriber data — or removal of any property record from the public view — by emailing hello@probatelistings.ie. We respond within 30 days, in line with GDPR.
Retention
Probate property records are retained indefinitely as part of an ongoing market record. Subscriber accounts and saved-property notes are deleted on account closure.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
